Thank you so very much for all your hard work organising ***’s funeral. It was a most beautiful event and the services of Barnes enabled it to go smoothly throughout. Right from the first day I walked into your office a few days following ***’s death I have been welcomed and reassured by you. Apart from providing a highly professional service you have been kind, sensitive, thoughtful of my needs and mindful of the fact of my grieving. On the first day you gave me time and asked me questions concerning *** to gain a picture of his personality as a living person, listening with respect and interest. You were most welcoming and I felt much calmer and reassured on leaving your office. Please also thank Paul and his father who looked after us so well.
