Dear Melanie,
Just a quick note to thank you and your colleagues for doing such a wonderful job in arranging and conducting Mum’s chapel of rest and funeral. It has given us great comfort at this sad time. Today’s service was small and intimate, and I know Mum would have loved the beautiful flower display. We feel so blessed to have had you looking after us all at this time.
