Dear Ken,
Just wanted to thank you and your team, also Darren and the guys today who dealt with my dad’s funeral so well. Everything was dealt with so efficiently and with great respect. Despite the lack of other mourners, it was just perfect, we all agreed that he would have been happy with his send off!
