Thank you for all your help during a very difficult time. We didn’t choose Lodge Bros because they are Lodge Bros., we choose them after meeting you. Yyou provided lots of good advice and support throughout, and your communication really helped us through times we haven’t lived through before. Thank you. Please thank your guys on the day, they were very professional and dignified, under difficult circumstances for everyone. I’m afraid I wasn’t able to stop and talk to them and thank them as I should, but me and my mum were very close and it was a tough day.
But we appreciate all your efforts to make it dignified, and for treating my mum with respect, making a difficult day as easy as is possible.
Richards eulogy was spot on, he had my mum to a T and he conducted the service perfectly.
