Dear Angela,
We would like to thank you for your professional and caring service.  My uncle was so touched by your kindness that you made it possible for him to pay his respects to my late father. It was a sad time organising the Funeral but you were so supportive and understanding that it made the whole arrangement run smoothly.
On the actual day of the Funeral, it was truly amazing, albeit a sad time.  The undertakers were so courteous and patient, the horses were well groomed, the whole event was breath taking and awesome. Please also extend our thanks to the printers and florists.
On behalf of my family and myself we thank you and your colleagues for a great service.
