Everyone was so appreciative at how smooth the service went. I have arranged 3 funerals in the past and this by far was the easiest. Nothing was overlooked, everything was perfect. J and B felt so much at ease when you spoke with them. You made them feel very relaxed and were very patient and they thought you were a wonderful listener. Another really big thank you for this.
