Lodge Brothers understand that everyone is an individual, and every funeral is unique to the person whose life it reflects. We give you the flexibility to incorporate alternative details into your funeral arrangements, to represent the life and loves of the deceased.

Music, hobbies, interests, poems, colours, beliefs, values, the things that were treasured. The way that they lived their life will be reflected in a Lodge Brothers funeral.

The service can be religious, civil or humanist, semi-religious or spiritual with no named faith. Essentially, we will ensure it is exactly appropriate for that one individual. We offer our own modern celebrant service that guarantees quality and a holistic approach that can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

Lodge Brothers have arranged alternative funeral ceremonies in woodland burial grounds, fields, gardens, community halls, a pub, many private family homes and gardens, a barn, and beautiful hotels.

We are client led and alternative in our approach. Every Lodge Brothers funeral arrangement begins with a blank piece of paper and we allow the client to take all the time you need to create the alternative funeral you want – a funeral which is “individually original and as unique as the person involved.”

Our ceremonial staff are happy to blend with your dress code, in consultation with you. You can choose from the full range of transport, from our own fleet of eco-friendly vehicles, or we can create totally original funerals with vehicles of your choice.
