Dear Sam, Diane, Reg and the Team,
We would all like to thank you for your kindness, patience, calmness and attention to detail in helping us to organise Dad’s funeral.  At such a difficult time you helped us make decisions and showed us great compassion.
Sam, thank you for the many visits and chats, all keeping us calm.  Also for your warmth whilst dealing with our grief.  It made all the difference.
Diane, Thank you for helping us through our visit to the chapel.  We appreciated the support.
