Thank you very much for organising the funeral.  A lot of people came up to me to say how impressed they were with all your staff, including Beverley.  I can not thank you enough. My cousin phoned the day after the funeral to say she was extremely impressed at the respectful, caring and professional nature of Beverley and the men on the day.  She was touched how the men helped her mum get out the car and assisted her into the chapel.
