To Jo & the gentlemen,
Thank you so much for all your help organising the funeral for my mum, everything was made so easy.  I was especially touched when the gentlemen took me back to the house to pick up the order of service which I had forgotten and left on the kitchen table.  Everybody was so respectful the whole way through.
