Dear Annie,
Please accept, and pass on, my heartfelt thanks to you and the team who attended us this week. D****’s death was such a terrible and unexpected shock to me and the family, but your gentle care and that of the funeral party, turned into a grace for us.  We felt cared for and unhurried and D**** was honoured in a most special and fitting way.
