An Irish Education at Twickenham Branch

Twickenham arranger Pauline is half Irish and spent two weeks every summer in Ireland on family holidays. In her window she has included a Shillelagh and some information on two historical monuments that are very near to where her family live, along with some information on the Claddagh Ring, a traditional Irish token of love. There is also an image of St Patrick seeing off some snakes as he is said to have rid Ireland of them.
