Congratulations to Coombe Hill Manor Care Home for an ‘Outstanding’ CQC Inspection

The amount of continual work and effort required to pass inspections in care homes is vast, so to be awarded ‘Outstanding’ in their CQC inspection and then to receive Beacon status (highest possible) for Gold Framework Standard is truly impressive and a testament to the level of service given at Coombe Hill Manor Care Home. Jane, Lodge Brothers Surbiton branch arranger and Victoria, District Manager wanted to congratulate all the staff with cakes, because each and everyone of them should be so proud of their achievements.
